Sam Reyes Construction Co., Inc. manages a total of 37 rental units in some of the best areas of the city. We have houses, duplexes, quadraplexes and town homes. We have one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom properties. Most of our properties are in long-term leases; therefore, openings are staggered throughout the year. - SRC Properties rental leases are a one-year minimum lease
- Bills are not included
- Applicant must have strong, verifiable rental history and references
- Application fee is $20.00 per person
- Some of our properties are pet friendly with a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee and a refundable $150.00 pet deposit
